Sophia Webster SS16 - Mermaid Launderette

Hey guys!

Hope you had a lovely weekend!

Another post already, things are looking up aren't they?

As most of you know it's fashion week at the mo and I had the lovely privilege of seeing the Sophia Webster presentation!

Crazy, Sexy, Nauticool was the theme for this collection and if you're a TLC fan you'll defo be happy with that!

Fulfilling all of your mermaid dreams in a shoe, this collection bursts of colour, sass and sea haha

I have to give credit to this model, I wouldn't have lasted in these! But you can't deny that they look fabulous!

Yaaasss honey give giving me face!

Can we just give some attention to the thigh highs for a moment.

Treadmill pending...

They're really something aren't they?

I know you agree.

I want shoes that say "If Ariel was a mammal"

Check.

And I know what you're thinking "Aww man I wish I could get a matching pair for my mini me/ future babies"

Don't worry ladies, Webster has your back.

This would be me in the club, looking clammy in a good way of course.

Close up please?

You're welcome.

And to make it even better Katy B. sang some of my RnB faves

Waterfalls, Rock the boat, Swim good

Is there a theme here?

And yes you need to see her shoes too because they were the bees knees.

The above and below pictures were definitely my faves and shoes that I had already pictured my self in as one can only dream of having them *sobs*

My look for the day!

Shirt/Jacket: Topshop, Crop top: Missguided, High-waisted trousers: Vintage,
Shoes: Asos, Clutch: Topshop

Overall I thought this collection was fun and creative, my eyes were excited by all of the beautiful styles and aesthetics, and I can definitely see my feet in many of them!

What did you think of the collection?

When in Rome!

Hey guys!

It has been a long long time I know

But alas I am putting my blogging hat back on!

As some of you know I went to Rome For the World Retail Congress last week which was such a great experience and a trip I'll never forget!

Here's a little look into what I got up to!

So for the trip I was lucky enough to be dressed by Topshop (who does not love free clothes?)

I had the loveliest personal shopper to help find my outfit for the event.

Complimentary Lola's cupcake (yes please)

Some of the looks I tried on!

Wanted this jumpsuit so badly but it wasn't baggy enough (thigh problems ha)

The same day we flew off to Rome and landed safely :)

The World Retail Congress was held at the Waldorf which is one of the most beautiful hotels ever!

Lots of fun networking enjoying the scenery

Our stand for the presentation for our Ed Sheeran concept!
We had to choose icon who we thought represented the UK and develop this into a brand which was so much work but it was definitely worth it! As a team we got to work with many people with the industry such as Arcadia's head of design and Topman's design team!

I feel like I've come such a long way. Believe it or not I used to absolutely hate public speaking. Anyway I could avoid it I would, but now I've presented in front of Sir Philip Green, Touker Suleyman from Dragons Den and many other major influencers. You'd be be surprised what opportunities come your way when you overcome your fear!

My outfit for the day. All +Topshop

And of course some sightseeing had to be done! Rome is too beautiful not roam (sorry I had to do it)

Unforetunately I didn't get my Lizzie McGuire moment (sobs)

My awesome team

Outfit
Hat: China Town, Top: Primark, Jeans: Vintage Levi's
Sandals(not visible): Dioon Sandal by Vagabond shoes

In Italy, Gelato is a must.

Find inspiration wherever you go!

My favourite night was definitely at the gala where there was great food, a great atmosphere and great company!

My outfit for the gala which was you guessed it +Topshop

For the journey home I kept it casual of course

Top: Missguided, Skirt: Charity Shop, Trainer: Air Max 90's

I think its safe to say I've got the travelling bug, now just to find the funds ha

Hope you enjoyed this post!

God Bless
