Straight and narrow

Hi guys!

What an eventful week it has been!

Sadly we are no longer a part of the EU

And it's turned the world upside down!

This result should not change us and make us feel that we have some entitlement or build a hierarchy system within humanity but show compassion and love for one another!

But anyway before I go off on a tangent lol

lets move on to something less emosh

If you don't know I'm pretty much a trouser girl

I love them!

Wide leg, cropped leg, high waisted, jodhpurs (ha) you name it

For this look I wore one of my fave types at the moment

It sounds so much better like that doesn't it?

Anyhoo I paired it with a silver top with matching sleek lines to give you that optical illusion (not really but I can't help being lame)

Frill seeker

Hi Guys!

Hope you had a lovely weekend!

Although I tell you what this weather is driving me round the bend

I don't know whether to wear a maxi or a mac ha!

But what has definitely been on  my list is a lovely off the shoulder top: the bardot.

Now I wasn't just looking for any plain Jane (because Flakes doesn't do plain (no no.)

But I found her.

She gave me frills and skills to pay the bills (I'm cheesy I know)

But I'm literally so happy I found the bardot for me!

Back in Bel-air affect

Ladies and Gentlement...

After a long hiatus of 5 months...

I AM BACK!!!!

Did you miss me? Yeah, me too ha

So much has happened since my last post

I moved house and got a new job in the last couple of months so as you can imagine blogging has been rather difficult to keep up

But one thing that has definitely changed is my mentality on buying things

Simple things like dining out with friends or celebrating a birthday were sacrificed for cool duds(clothes) and tbh I didn't like it

At the end of the day the memories I make and the experiences I encounter have a longer lifespan than a pair of nikes (as much as I love them!)

Now don't get me wrong I still love clothes, but now I think twice before I give up the things that enrich me internally for the things of the external nature.

In fact recently I went to Belgium and it was lovely!

The architecture, the food, the friends I  made... c'est magnifique!!!

And I'm sure you all know but for those who are reading my blog for the first time... I love vintage!!!

And I found a new favourite shirt.
